UNSURE OF HOW TO MEASURE?
CURTAINS- measuring the width
For poles measure the total length of the pole, exclusing the finials (the decorative ends)
For tracks measure the maximum length of the track including and returns or overlaps
CURTAINS - measuring the length/drop
Choose where you would like your curtain to fall to. Traditionally there are 3 lengths - sill length, below the sill or floor length.
You need to supply the overall finished length.
Measure Pencil and Triple Pleat Curtains for poles from the small metal ring. For tracks measure from the very top of the track. Tie Top curtains need to be measured from the top of the pole.
ROMAN BLINDS
Choose whether you want the blind to sit inside or outside the window frame
Recess Fixed - Measure the width at the top and the bottom - if there is a difference take the small measurement. Measure the Length to the sill.
Outside Fixed - Measure the width of the window and add a minimum of 12.5cm to the measurement to ensure the blind completely covers the window. Measure the length and add a minimum of 7.5cm to ensure the blind covers the window at the top and bottom
